Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this website and the Fabric Control beta signup.

Effective date: July 8, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 8, 2026

Scope: please read this first

These terms cover this website and the beta signup. They do not govern your use of the Fabric Control platform. When you are onboarded and deploy Fabric Control, your use of the product is governed by the End User License Agreement, which you accept at that time. Joining the beta creates no license to the product. Where this site describes product rules, it summarizes the End User License Agreement; if the two ever differ, the End User License Agreement governs.

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This website is operated by Dobler Data Solutions, LLC (“Dobler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company.

Fabric Control is offered for business use. By joining the beta you confirm that you are at least 18, that you are signing up on behalf of an organization you are authorized to represent, and that you are not located in, or owned or controlled from, a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or listed on a U.S. government restricted-party list.

Beta status

Fabric Control is in beta. Accordingly:

  • Signing up for the beta is an expression of interest. It is not a purchase, a contract, or a guarantee of a place in the beta.
  • We are onboarding a small number of estates and may contact you to schedule an install. We are not obligated to onboard you, and we may prioritize or limit beta access at our discretion.
  • Features, capabilities, timelines, and pricing described on this site are current plans and may change during the beta and before general availability. Features marked “in development” are not part of the beta.

The free governance tier

The governance tier is free, with no card and no time limit. The rules below summarize Section 3 and Schedule A of the End User License Agreement.

  • It covers one Azure tenant that belongs to your own organization, for an estate of up to 30 workspaces, 300 items and one capacity, counted across the tenant.
  • It does not cover a tenant you operate on behalf of a client or another organization. Managing Fabric for clients, or for more than one tenant, requires a paid plan.
  • It keeps one year of operational history on a rolling basis.
  • If your estate grows past a limit, governance keeps running. We will ask you to move to a paid tier; 90 days after that first request, Fabric Control keeps watching what it already watches but stops adding new workspaces, items or capacities until you upgrade. Nothing is switched off or deleted.
  • If we ever discontinue the free tier, we will give you notice, back up your operational history, and keep it for 12 months so you can restore it on a paid plan before it is deleted.

The early-adopter offer

Early adopters who install Fabric Control on a real Microsoft Fabric estate during the October 2026 beta run the Backup tier at no charge for their first three months. The full terms are in Schedule C of the End User License Agreement. In summary:

  • It applies to the Backup tier subscription fee only, for a small number of estates determined by us in good faith.
  • We ask for honest feedback and one test restore, which you run with us on a call. You decide what is shown on screen and may use a non-production target.
  • No card is collected, and nothing is charged automatically. When the three months end, you return to the free governance tier unless you choose paid Backup in writing.
  • Backups written during the offer stay in your storage, under your keys, and we never delete them. Restoring them through Fabric Control requires an active Backup subscription.
  • Being named as a reference or in a case study is optional and never a condition of the offer.
  • Final terms are confirmed in writing when you are onboarded. We may modify or withdraw the offer before you accept it.

No purchase is ever required, and the free governance tier does not depend on this offer. Pricing shown on this site is indicative and subject to change until confirmed in an order. Third-party prices referenced for comparison are those publicly listed at the time of writing and may change without our knowledge.
