Who we are

This website and the Fabric Control product are operated by Dobler Data Solutions, LLC (“Dobler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the beta list and improve this site.

• Information you give us. When you join the beta, we collect your name, work email address, company, and, optionally, your role. You provide this voluntarily.
• Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
• Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.
• Conversion measurement. If you reach us from a Google ad and then sign up, a Google Ads tag on the sign-up page records that the sign-up happened, so we can tell which ads are worth running. It runs on the sign-up page only, not on any other page of this site, and it may set Google advertising cookies. We do not load it at all for visitors in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, so those visitors receive no advertising cookies from this site. The tag records that a sign-up occurred and may process technical identifiers associated with the ad interaction. We do not intentionally send Google the name, email address, company, or role you enter in the form.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and this site is not directed at children.

What we do not collect

This is the part most people want to know, so we will be explicit:

• We do not collect the contents of your Microsoft Fabric environment through this website.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
• We do not sell audience data to advertisers, and we run no advertising trackers anywhere on this site except the single conversion measurement described above.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Contact you about the Fabric Control beta and your place in it, including scheduling your install.
• Answer questions you send us.
• Operate, secure, and improve this website.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site and our mailing list. These providers process information subject to their applicable agreements with us and their respective privacy obligations:

The Fabric Control product

This policy covers the website and the beta list. The product itself is designed around a straightforward principle: your data content never leaves your Azure tenant.

To function, Fabric Control reads and reports operational metadata about your environment. It does not read or transmit the contents of your tables, files, or reports. A small baseline of that metadata is required for the product to govern, protect, or recover anything; above that baseline, you choose how much you share, and you can change it at any time.

Where backup is enabled, backups are written to storage you own, under keys you control. Your use of the product is governed by its End User License Agreement, not by this website policy. See the security page for the full explanation.

Retention

We keep your beta signup details for as long as you remain on the list, or until you ask us to remove you. If you unsubscribe, we may retain the limited information needed to honor that request, so you are not accidentally added back later. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

Your choices and rights

You are in control of the information you have given us:

• Unsubscribe from any email we send, using the link in that email.
• Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, just ask.
• Leave the beta list at any time, for any reason, with no consequence.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may give you additional rights regarding your personal information. Where required by applicable law, we will honor those rights. Email us and we will act on it.

Legal bases for processing. Where applicable law requires us to identify one: we process beta signup information because you asked us to contact you about the Fabric Control beta; correspondence because it is necessary to respond to you; technical information as necessary for the security and operation of this site; and advertising measurement on the basis of consent where consent is required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we deliberately hold as little as possible, which is the most effective protection available.

International transfers

Dobler Data Solutions is based in the United States, and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries in which they operate. As a result, your information may be processed in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from those in your own country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and the business evolve. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means.
